INNEO has successively conducted the piloting event of the Game-Changer In-Serving Training Programme on May 27th and 28th 2021. Despite the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, thanks to the at that time lifted restrictions and limitations, INNEO was able to organise this piloting phase in a face-to-face format.
There were 7 participants at this event. The main target group of the piloting were youth trainers and trainers representing private training companies and associations.
After a successful introduction and implementation of the second intellectual output of the project to the participants, we asked for their feedback on both the presented resources and the conducted workshop. We are happy to say that the training has received very positive feedback. The participants stated that they are interested to conduct the training using the resources developed in the framework of the project.
