Lancaster and Morecambe College conducted our Game-Changer multiplier event on the LMC campus on July 27th 2021. This was our first physical event to be held on the campus in 2021 as we were finally able to welcome external visitors back on site. The event ran from 10.00am to 15.00pm and included a variety of different sessions and activities for attendees to engage with.

The event was an opportunity to disseminate the project and share the resources with a selection of local youths, parents, representatives of youth organisations and stakeholders. We welcomed a total of 37 attendees through the day which also included the local Members of Parliament for the area. The event was linked with our local National Citizen Service (NCS) provider Inspira.org with many of their youth workers and youth cohort attending the event.

The event included a range of different sessions and activities based around the Game-Changer project resources, key concepts, and objectives. This included keynote speeches on entrepreneurship and the local economy, presentations of the project website and resources, WebQuest Challenge sessions and some engaging practical activities based on the key entrepreneurial competencies covered within the project.
